The Creation Fee is a professional service charge for creating your portraits. Additionally, it will lock in your appointment time and date just for you. Creation Fees are due at the time your Portrait Session is scheduled. Please have your credit/debit card handy when you call. Creation Fees are non-refundable for cancellations, however, we do allow rescheduling for unusual circumstances. Within three weeks of your portrait session, you will receive an email from us containing an expirable Slideshow of your Proofs to assist in making your final enlargement decisions. The Slideshow will allow you to view your Portrait Proofs in the comfort of your own home and make your selections with no sales pressure. A PC computer is preferred for this process. If you are a MAC user, we can accommodate you, just please let us know in advance. In addition to your Proofing Slideshow, your email will contain easy to follow instructions and order forms for placing your enlargement choices. A minimum $125 portrait purchase is required. However, our studio never requests you to lock into only one or two poses. You may purchase one of our pre-created packages or create your own package by mix and matching poses and enlargement sizes. We have an easy ordering process and don't require multiple trips back to our studio. Our studio is all about convenience. We are here to serve you and if you need anything at all, never hesitate to ask. We absolutely guarantee you'll be THRILLED (not just "satisfied") with your photographs and our service. If you aren't, for any reason, we will either do whatever is necessary to see to it you are THRILLED, or we will cheerfully give you all your money back. No hassles, and no hard feelings either.
