Within three weeks after your Portrait Session you will receive your Proofing Slideshow along with your Enlargement Order forms via email. You will have seven days to review your proofs and submit your Enlargement Order to us. We will subtract $250 from your Enlargement Order and you only pay for anything additional you purchase.

In addition to your Proofing Slideshow, we are happy to upload your images to an Online Proofing website for an additional fee. When you call to schedule your appointment, please have your debit or credit card handy to pay Your Investment. We take Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Please be sure to review our Studio Policies for more information.

ENLARGEMENT / PORTRAIT PRICES & PACKAGES

STUDIO POLICIES

The Creation Fee is Your Investment minus the Enlargement Credit. The Creation Fee is a professional service charge for creating your portraits. Your Investment locks in your appointment time and date just for you. Your Investment is due at the time your Portrait Session is scheduled. Please have your credit/debit card handy when you call. The Creation Fee is non-refundable for cancellations, however, we do allow rescheduling for unusual circumstances.
Enlargement Credits have no cash value and may only be used towards portrait packages, enlargements, and our portrait a' la carte menu. Enlargement Credits may not be used on products such as albums, slideshows, and purses. There will be no refunds provided for non-use of Enlargement Credits.
There is a minimum $300 enlargement/portrait purchase required before purses may be ordered.
In-Studio Appointments are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 10am and 6pm. Other days and times are an additional fee of $50 and are scheduled based on availability.
Off-Studio and Park locations are scheduled based on availability and typically one hour prior to sunset.
Families with Young Children: Typically the photographer can determine how well a session is going within the first ten minutes of the session. Babies are like adults, they have good days and bad days. If the photographer determines, based on the baby's feedback, that the studio will be unable to produce images that meet our quality guidelines and/or provide you images that you will be satisfied with, we will "call the session". When we "call the session', we offer a complimentary reschedule, for a near future date, at an opposite time of the day, when baby may be more up for photographs. If, however, the client decides to forego the studio's suggestion of "calling the session", and the client is ultimately unhappy with the images produced, we are always happy to schedule another appointment at a reduced rate of $95.
A Valid Email Address is Required to become a Client.
Within three weeks of your portrait session, you will receive an email with a Proofing Slideshow for viewing your images. Included, you will receive an easy to follow order form for placing your enlargement choices. Your Proofing Slideshow will be valid for seven days. Any portrait and product orders must be placed within the seven days.
All ordered images will be archived for one year. Non-ordered images will be discarded.
We absolutely guarantee you'll be THRILLED (not just "satisfied") with your photographs and our service. If you aren't, for any reason, we will either do whatever is necessary to see to it you are THRILLED, or we will cheerfully give you your money back. No hassles and no hard feelings either.
