The Creation Fee is a professional service
charge for creating your portraits. Your Creation Fee locks in
your appointment time and date just for you and is due at the time your Portrait Session is scheduled
over the phone. Please
have your credit/debit card handy when you call.

The Creation Fee
is
non-refundable for cancellations, however, we will move
the Creation Fee to a new rescheduled appointment time should an
emergency arise.

A $125 minimum enlargement order is required
to place an order from your proofs. Please note that a minimum $300 enlargement/portrait purchase
is required before Photo Handbag and Purses may be ordered.

In-Studio Appointments
are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 10am and
6pm. Please note that evening appointments book weeks in advance.
If you're interested in an appointment and definitely need our 6pm slot,
please contact us immediately. Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays are
typically booked with weddings. However, if you need a weekend,
and we are available, we are happy to schedule your appointment based on availability
with a $65 surcharge. We are closed on Mondays.

Families with Young Children: Typically the photographer can determine how
well a session is going within the first ten minutes of the session.
Babies are like adults, they have good days and bad days. If the
photographer determines, based on the baby's feedback, that the studio
will be unable to produce images that meet our quality guidelines and/or
provide you images that you will be satisfied with, we will "call the
session". When we "call the session', we offer a complimentary
reschedule, for a near future date, at an opposite time of the day, when
baby may be more up for photographs. If, however, the client
decides to forego the studio's suggestion of "calling the session", and
the client is ultimately unhappy with the images produced, we are always
happy to schedule another appointment at a reduced rate of $95.

Off-Studio and Park locations are
scheduled based on availability and typically one hour prior to sunset.

Products and
Services within a package may not be substituted and/or swapped for
other optional products and services. There will be no refund
provided for non-use of a product or service. Services and Products
may be upgraded for additional cost.

A Valid Email Address is Required to become a
Client.

Once your proofs are edited,
you will receive an email with a Proofing Slideshow for viewing your
images. Included, you will receive an easy to follow order form for placing
your enlargement choices. Your Proofing Slideshow will be valid
for three days. Any portrait and product orders must be placed
within the three days.

All ordered images will
be archived for one year. Non-ordered images will be purged from
our systems.
We
absolutely guarantee you'll be THRILLED (not just "satisfied") with your
photographs and our service. If you aren't, for any reason, we
will either do whatever is necessary to see to it you are THRILLED, or
we will cheerfully give you your money back. No hassles and
no hard feelings either. If you're not THRILLED, we don't deserve
to have your money. Call today and allow Julie to introduce you to a new

BABY CLUBS

A signed contract
will be required at time of scheduling your first session plus one half
of your package cost as a Retainer Fee. The remaining balance is
due on or before scheduling baby's "Sit-Up" Session. Failure to
pay balance by the deadline will result in forfeit of your Retainer Fee.

All Baby Club pricing is for one child and all
sessions must be of the same child.

Baby Clubs expire once the child turns 15
months old, regardless if you have scheduled all appointments.

Club Members who completely cancel
appointments will have their club membership forfeited with no refund due.

Baby Club Members are not required to meet a
minimum enlargement portrait purchase per session.

Baby Club packages may not be combined with
any other offer or special.
